Role Overview
We areseekingan experienced and growth-drivenBusiness Development Managerto lead revenue expansion, strategic partnerships, and high-value client acquisition.
This is a leadership-level sales role responsible not just for closing deals, but for designing and executing the overall business growth strategy. The BDM will drive the complete sales cycle, manage key accounts, mentor junior business development executives, and contribute to long-term expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Growth
- Develop and implement structured business development strategies aligned with company growth goals
- Identifyhigh-value target industries and accounts for long-term partnerships
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Explore new markets, service verticals, and expansion opportunities
Lead Generation & High-Value Acquisition
- Build andmaintaina strong pipeline of qualified prospects
- Lead outreach efforts including networking, referrals, partnerships, and industry engagement
- Conduct strategic client meetings and negotiations
- Close high-ticket and long-term contracts
Client Strategy & Account Ownership
- Act as the primary relationship owner for key accounts
- Understand client business models and propose scalable branding and digital growth solutions
- Identifyupselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Ensure seamless handover and collaboration with internal teams
Field Sales & Market Development
- Lead field sales initiatives including in-person client meetings and corporate visits
- Represent the company at networking events, expos, and industry forums
- Develop strong industry relationships and referral networks
- Travel within the city and occasionally outside whenrequired
Sales Leadership & Team Collaboration
- Guide and mentor BDEs in lead generation and pitch strategies
- Review sales pipelines and ensure follow-up discipline across the team
- Support proposal creation, pricing strategy, and negotiation structures
- Work closely with founders and leadership on revenue planning
Reporting & Performance Management
- Maintain structured CRM data andaccurateforecasting
- Monitor conversion rates, revenue metrics, and deal cycles
- Prepare monthly sales performance reports
- Analyzecompetitor positioning and market trends
Requirements & Skills
Must-Have
- 36 years of experience in business development, sales, or revenue management
- Prior experience in branding, digital marketing, advertising, media, or agency environment
- Proventrack recordof meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong negotiation, commercial understanding, and deal-closing ability
- Experience handling high-value clients and strategic accounts
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Comfortable with field sales and in-person client acquisition
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills

Experience with pricing strategy, contract structuring, and long-term retainers is highly preferred.
