We are seeking a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager for our Thane location. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. Key tasks include developing business strategies, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The Business Development Manager will also conduct market research and represent the company at industry events.

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to identify and develop new opportunities and partnerships
• Experience in the interior design or real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
