About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new opportunities, manage key relationships, and onboard direct campaigns from India and global markets. This is an onsite position based in Gurgaon, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is ready to make a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients across India and global markets.
  • Identify, approach, and close new business opportunities to grow the client portfolio.
  • Onboard and manage direct advertising campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our digital marketing solutions and align them with client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft and implement custom sales strategies.
  • Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and share key client insights.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, digital sales, or performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends, affiliate marketing, and B2B sales processes.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and adaptable to an onsite, high-energy work culture.
