Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and retail customers, and expand the company's market presence. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and product presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating and closing sales. The role also involves monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy, as well as collaborating with internal teams on pricing, marketing initiatives, and project execution. The Business Development Manager will be expected to meet sales targets, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and provide regular performance reports to leadership.
