Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with partners and clients, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing strategic growth plans, negotiating partnerships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business goals with company objectives. You will represent the company at events, provide feedback for product improvement, and monitor ongoing market developments to seize growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or sales
  • Must Know How to Generate Leads and Convert them into sales.
  • It's a work-from-home but target-based job
  • Strong analytical skills for market research and strategy development
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment and manage multiple projects
  • Familiarity with the education technology sector or competitive exams is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
