Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager with a strong background in IT Services, Digital Transformation, Cloud, SaaS, Cybersecurity, Managed Services, Salesforce, ServiceNow, AI/ML, and Staff Augmentation sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, building strategic client relationships, and managing the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition and achieve revenue targets.
  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, outbound prospecting, referrals, and industry events.
  • Sell IT Services, Digital Transformation, Cloud Solutions, SaaS, Cybersecurity, Salesforce, ServiceNow, AI/ML, Managed Services, and Staff Augmentation offerings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, IT Leaders, and key decision-makers.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, discovery, solution positioning, proposal creation, RFP/RFI responses, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to develop winning proposals.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion opportunities within existing clients.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and CRM records.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.

Qualifications

  • 8–15 years of experience in IT Services, SaaS, Cloud, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Technology Sales.
  • Proven track record in hunting and acquiring new enterprise customers.
  • Experience selling one or more of the following: Salesforce, ServiceNow, Cloud Services (AWS/Azure), Cybersecurity, AI/ML Solutions, Managed Services, IT Consulting, Staff Augmentation.
  • Strong experience in enterprise sales, solution selling, and consultative selling.
  • Hands-on experience with RFP/RFI management, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
  • Strong network of enterprise clients and decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with domestic and international clients is preferred.

Required Skills

  • MBA or equivalent business qualification.
  • Experience in enterprise technology consulting sales.
  • Exposure to GCC, US, APAC, or Middle East markets is a plus.
