Role Overview
One Health Assist is seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Manager – Doctor Acquisition to lead and scale our doctor onboarding and partnership initiatives. This role demands strong strategic sales planning, and deep experience in healthcare relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end doctor acquisition strategy and execution
• Drive onboarding of doctors, clinics, and healthcare partners at scale
• Set targets, Ensure consistent revenue growth
• Build long-term, high-value relationships with senior medical professionals
• Conduct negotiations, closures, and partnership agreements
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams for smooth onboarding
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategy
Eligibility & Skills
• 8+ years of experience in healthcare sales / doctor acquisition / B2B sales
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Target-driven mindset with strong business acumen
• Bachelor's degree; MBA or healthcare management preferred
