About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager – Revenue (O-HI) to lead revenue growth initiatives in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales strategy, revenue management, and team leadership, with a proven track record of driving business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Drive revenue growth across all channels, with a strong focus on O-HI vertical.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to optimize pricing and sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and target achievement.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and present performance insights to senior management.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in Jaipur and surrounding regions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–8+ years of experience in sales/revenue management, preferably in O-HI or related industry.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Immediate availability to join is mandatory.

- Strong local market knowledge of Jaipur / Delhi.
