Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Coimbatore. The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, develop and maintain client relationships, prepare and deliver sales presentations, and meet sales targets. The role also involves conducting market research, creating strategies for customer acquisition, and collaborating with the marketing and technical teams to align objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Business Development, Sales, and Strategic Planning
• Experience in Client Relationship Management and Negotiation
• Strong Market Research and Analytics skills
• Effective Communication, Presentation, and Networking abilities
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• Experience in the home automation or elevator industry is a plus
