About the Role

Nexroar Services is a growing software services provider seeking a passionate and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM). The ideal candidate will drive new business opportunities by building partnerships and collaborating with companies for IT staffing, software development, and support projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and personal contacts.
  • Understand the company's ideal customer profile and align their needs with our service offerings.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and strategic partnerships to grow the organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Develop and present customized proposals tailored to client-specific requirements.
  • Drive business growth through key client acquisition and expansion of service scope.
  • Negotiate with clients to secure contracts and close open positions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in business development or sales within the IT industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Strong background in customer relationship management.
  • Experience in managing and directing a sales team is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in capture management and proposal development processes.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, writing, and computer skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
