Job Summary
We are looking for a
Business Development Manager with
strong BFSI / banking experience to drive real estate sales through
channel partner management, banking tie-ups, and field visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow channel partner network through regular partner visits.
- Onboard new channel partners and drive conversions.
- Build and manage tie-ups with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
- Support sales through financing solutions and strategic alliances.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Participate in site visits, events, and promotional activities.
- Track performance and prepare MIS reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
- Mandatory BFSI / banking experience.
- Experience in real estate business development or channel sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness for fieldwork and partner visits.
