Business Development Manager Real Estate

Location: Bangalore | Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with strong BFSI / banking experience to drive real estate sales through channel partner management, banking tie-ups, and field visits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow channel partner network through regular partner visits.
  • Onboard new channel partners and drive conversions.
  • Build and manage tie-ups with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
  • Support sales through financing solutions and strategic alliances.
  • Execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Participate in site visits, events, and promotional activities.
  • Track performance and prepare MIS reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
  • Mandatory BFSI / banking experience.
  • Experience in real estate business development or channel sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness for fieldwork and partner visits.
