This full-time, on-site role of Business Development Manager – Leasing is based in Chennai. The role entails identifying potential clients and business opportunities, building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships, and driving the sales cycle for leasing services. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, negotiating agreements, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless client onboarding process.

• Business development skills such as client prospecting, relationship management, and lead generation
• Strong negotiation, sales, and communication skills
• Ability to conduct market research and develop data-driven strategies
• Understanding of leasing and financial service concepts
• Proven ability to meet targets and deliver results independently
• Prior experience in financial services or leasing industry is preferred
