Job Description

The Role:

Business Development Manager – Extended Warranty / Affinity Solutions for Electronic Products (Multiple Openings)

Background of the Role:

We @Infinity Assurance specialize in Warranty Service Administration, Extended Warranty, Accidental Damage Protection and a wide range of service products under our own brand InfyShield.

Our offerings cover Mobile Phones, Consumer Durables / Home Appliances, Consumer Electronics, IT Equipments, Office Automation and more.

This role is created to build and expand alliances with

  • LFRs / Retailers and Distributors,
  • OEMs / Brand Owners
  • Fintech companies / NBFCs, Digital Payment Platforms etc.
  • Other strategic Corporate accounts...

The judgement will be purely based on value, volume and quality of sales under tough competition.

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives and achieve sales + alliances.

This role requires:

  1. Your Strong Connects in similar clients is a must
  2. Partnership Development: Identify, engage, and onboard target clients
  3. Sales Execution: Generate real sales to exceed assigned targets.
  4. Account Management: Own and nurture key partner relationships, ensuring seamless integration, product alignment, and long-term growth.
  5. Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
  6. Performance Tracking: Regularly analyze partner performance, forecast sales, and present reports to leadership on key KPIs and ROI.

The suitable candidates:

  • Graduate in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field. MBA is not essential.
  • Minimum 3 years in business development, strategic partnerships, with same / similar target clients
  • Proven track record preferably in selling similar Extended Warranties on similar products, financial services, digital insurance or embedded protection plans.
  • Must have a Strong understanding of the consumer electronics, home appliance, or consumer durable industry
  • You should have strong Connects in similar clients is a must
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
