Job Description

Role Summary

The Business Development Manager is responsible for acquiring net-new enterprise accounts by building pipeline from scratch and converting prospects into signed clients. The role focuses purely on front-end sales, driving new business growth, and handing over accounts to Client Partners for further expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and convert net-new enterprise accounts
  • Build and manage pipeline from scratch through multiple sourcing channels
  • Navigate procurement processes and complex enterprise buying cycles
  • Conduct discovery conversations with senior stakeholders
  • Manage proposals and commercial discussions through contract closure
  • Transition accounts to Client Partners with complete context
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM pipeline tracking

Who You Are

  • 3–8 years in enterprise B2B sales (staffing, SaaS, tech services, or talent solutions)
  • Strong interest and energy for cold outreach and early-stage sales conversations
  • High commercial judgment with strong qualification skills
  • Persistent and value-driven in stakeholder engagement
  • Confident interacting with senior enterprise stakeholders
  • Resilient in handling long and complex sales cycles

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
