New Business Development Manager

Role Description The New Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, developing leads, and building a robust pipeline of prospective clients for Fund Masters Investment Services. The manager will conduct product presentations and product demonstrations, prepare proposals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client accounts, maintaining strong relationships, coordinating with internal teams to ensure service quality, and tracking sales performance against targets. The role also requires market research, Financial Product analysis, and the use of data-driven insights to refine strategies and support sustainable business growth.

• Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to create and grow a high-quality prospect pipeline.
• Candidates should possess effective Sales and Sales Presentations skills to communicate value propositions and close new opportunities.
• Candidates should possess solid Account Management experience to nurture client relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in financial services, investments, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort using CRM and sales tracking tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in New Delhi and meet performance targets under deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
