Job Summary

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving franchise expansion by identifying potential franchise partners, managing the complete franchise sales cycle, and contributing to the growth of the preschool network across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify leads for preschool franchise opportunities.
• Conduct franchise presentations, business meetings, and investment discussions.
• Guide franchise partners through the complete sales and onboarding process.
• Develop and execute market expansion strategies.
• Build relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and education professionals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
• Coordinate with operations, marketing, and academic teams during franchise setup.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–7 years of experience in Franchise Development, Business Development, or Sales.
• Experience in the Education, Preschool, B2B, or EdTech industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to build long-term relationships.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
