Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Business Consultant with a strong SaaS background and a keen interest in AI-led solutions. The role involves managing the complete sales lifecyclefrom lead generation to closure, driving sales conversations, and ensuring smooth solution delivery aligned to revenue goals.

This position requires high ownership, numerical discipline, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closure
  • Drivesales conversations with CXOs, decision-makers, and stakeholders
  • Generate and manage revenue pipelines, forecasts, and closures
  • Collaborate closely with solution, product, and delivery teams to ensure seamless handover post-sale
  • Travel as required for client meetings, demos, and enterprise engagements
  • Ensure adherence to defined sales processes, CRM hygiene, and reporting structures
  • Take complete ownership and accountability of assigned accounts and revenue targets
  • Translate customer requirements into practical AI & SaaS solutions

Qualifications

  • 14 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business DevelopmentandConsulting
  • Killer communication skills (talk + write)
  • Hustler mindset you love targets and chase them down.
  • Prior sales/SaaS experience = brownie points.
