Job Description

We are looking for energetic and result-driven Business Development Managers to expand our market presence and build strong client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting potential clients, and supporting the company's sales growth in the assigned region.

Qualification
  • B.Tech / BBA / MBA preferred

  • Candidates from IITs or other reputed institutes preferred

  • Experience: Fresher 2 Years

  • Immediate joiner



Requirements

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned market.
  • Meet potential clients and build strong business relationships.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
  • Travel within the assigned region for client meetings and business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Good understanding of market development and sales strategies
  • Willingness to travel for business meetings
