Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager for our Bengaluru North office. The role involves driving business growth through strategic planning, identifying new opportunities, and establishing strong relationships with prospective clients. Responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, maintaining a sales pipeline, closing deals, and developing long-term partnerships. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs and contribute to the company's growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and lead generation skills, with experience in business acquisition, pipeline management, and closing deals effectively
  • Proficiency in market research, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to connect with clients and partners
  • Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven business decisions
  • Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Prior experience in business development or sales roles, ideally in technology or allied industries
  • Familiarity with ERP platforms or community management solutions is an added advantage
