Job Summary

The PR & Business Manager, internally designated as a Senior Digital Doctor, is a leadership role responsible for managing high-value client relationships, driving business growth, and guiding Digital Doctors through a consultative problem-solving approach. This is not a direct sales role. Senior Digital Doctors operate as strategic advisors who diagnose client challenges and recommend structured PR and business solutions. Working in a fully remote environment, the role requires ownership of client outcomes, commercial discussions, team guidance, and relationship continuity across regions. The position plays a critical role in revenue growth, client retention, and mentoring junior Digital Doctors while maintaining alignment with Moris Media's consulting-led delivery framework.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead client consultations and act as a senior problem-solver for complex PR and business requirements
• Manage and grow assigned client accounts while ensuring long-term relationship continuity
• Guide, mentor, and review the performance of PR & Business Executives and Digital Doctors
• Oversee commercial discussions, proposals, scope alignment, and client expectations
• Coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure clarity, timelines, and quality standards
• Take ownership of assigned business portfolios and justify senior-level responsibility through outcomes Maintain accurate reporting, performance tracking, and documentation across accounts

Experience

Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience is mandatory. Relevant experience should include PR management, client servicing leadership, business development, or strategic consulting roles. Experience must demonstrate independent client handling, team coordination, decision-making responsibility, and comfort working within remote or distributed team structures.
