About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for our IT Services and SaaS product portfolio. You will lead the complete sales cycle, build strong client relationships, and close strategic deals across mid-market and enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end B2B sales for IT Services and SaaS solutions
- Build, manage, and grow a strong sales pipeline
- Identify new business opportunities across India and global markets
- Conduct client meetings, product demos, and solution presentations
- Understand customer needs and propose tailored IT/SaaS solutions
- Lead proposal creation, RFP responses, pricing, and negotiation
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts using CRM tools
- Represent the company at events, conferences, and networking forums
Required Skills & Experience
- 410 years of experience in IT Services / SaaS Sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of cloud, software development, managed services, or SaaS products
- Experience selling to CXOs, IT Heads, CTOs, and Procurement Teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to understand technical offerings and present them in a business-friendly way
- Strong pipeline management and consultative selling approach
Nice to Have
- Experience selling GCC setup services, digital transformation, or enterprise SaaS
- Understanding of CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM
- Existing network in IT/Tech industry
- Experience in international markets (US, Middle East, APAC)
Education
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
