Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for driving growth in MEDSCoders RCM workforce solutions. This role includes identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, and promoting on-shore and offshore staffing offerings. The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, prepare and deliver client presentations, coordinate proposals and pricing, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure. Day-to-day activities involve close collaboration with internal delivery and recruitment teams to align client requirements with available resources, tracking sales performance metrics, and providing regular reports and forecasts to leadership. The role also includes attending industry events, following up on inquiries, and contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance MEDSCoders market presence.
Qualifications
- Strong business development, sales, and account management skills, with experience in B2B or healthcare services.
- Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management, medical billing, denial management, and clinical staffing domains is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with strong relationship-building and client engagement skills.
- Analytical and research capabilities to understand market trends, assess client needs, and develop effective growth strategies.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and basic data reporting for tracking pipelines and performance.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; relevant experience in healthcare staffing or RCM is a plus.
