Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Noida, for a Business Development Manager at MEDSCoders. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and creating business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with operational goals and contributing to the organization's overall growth.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in business development, sales strategy, and lead generation
  • Strong skills in client relationship management, communication, and negotiations
  • Familiarity with healthcare services, RCM processes, and workforce solutions is a plus
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify prospective business opportunities
  • Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
