Corporate Development Analyst

(Founders Office Matamaal & Kanz & Muhul)

We are looking for a high-agency Business Development Manager to work directly with the Founder across two fast-scaling brands Matamaal (hospitality) and Kanz & Muhul (global agro-commodities & D2C spices).

This is a Founder's Office role designed for someone who wants to operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and growth.

What You'll Work On

1. Restaurant & Hospitality (Matamaal)

  • New outlet expansion strategy & financial modeling
  • Same-store growth analysis (AOV, covers, margins, contribution)
  • Menu engineering & aggregator optimization (Zomato/Swiggy)
  • Investor decks, MIS reporting & fund-raise support
  • Brand positioning & experiential event collaborations

2. FMCG / D2C / E-commerce (Kanz & Muhul)

  • Sales analytics (Shopify, Amazon, Quick Commerce)
  • Pricing strategy & margin optimization
  • Performance marketing ROI tracking
  • New product launch feasibility & category expansion
  • Channel strategy (Retail, B2B, Export)

3. Global Trade & Agro-Commodities

  • Export strategy & international expansion research
  • Regulatory & compliance coordination (India/US markets
  • Supply chain optimization & farmer partnerships
  • Bulk B2B negotiations with hotels & distributors

4. Founder's Office Projects

  • Cross-brand strategy alignment
  • Financial modeling & scenario planning
  • Partnership evaluation & deal structuring
  • Process building, dashboards & operating rhythm
  • Special projects that directly impact scale
