Corporate Development Analyst
(Founders Office Matamaal & Kanz & Muhul)
We are looking for a high-agency Business Development Manager to work directly with the Founder across two fast-scaling brands Matamaal (hospitality) and Kanz & Muhul (global agro-commodities & D2C spices).
This is a Founder's Office role designed for someone who wants to operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and growth.
What You'll Work On
1. Restaurant & Hospitality (Matamaal)
- New outlet expansion strategy & financial modeling
- Same-store growth analysis (AOV, covers, margins, contribution)
- Menu engineering & aggregator optimization (Zomato/Swiggy)
- Investor decks, MIS reporting & fund-raise support
- Brand positioning & experiential event collaborations
2. FMCG / D2C / E-commerce (Kanz & Muhul)
- Sales analytics (Shopify, Amazon, Quick Commerce)
- Pricing strategy & margin optimization
- Performance marketing ROI tracking
- New product launch feasibility & category expansion
- Channel strategy (Retail, B2B, Export)
3. Global Trade & Agro-Commodities
- Export strategy & international expansion research
- Regulatory & compliance coordination (India/US markets
- Supply chain optimization & farmer partnerships
- Bulk B2B negotiations with hotels & distributors
4. Founder's Office Projects
- Cross-brand strategy alignment
- Financial modeling & scenario planning
- Partnership evaluation & deal structuring
- Process building, dashboards & operating rhythm
- Special projects that directly impact scale
