Business Developer Performance Marketing & E-commerce
Location: Remote | Full-Time
We're Searchberg, a results-driven performance marketing agency trusted by 200+ brands for 10x growth and 30+ ROAS. We're expanding and looking for a Business Developer with proven experience in the marketing, e-commerce, or D2C space.
What You'll Do:
- Identify, pitch, and onboard new clients (D2C, e-comm, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, etc.)
- Build and nurture relationships with founders, decision-makers, and brand leaders
- Create and execute strategies to scale our client base and revenue
- Collaborate with our marketing, performance, and creative teams
- Track industry trends and competitor moves
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years in business development for a marketing agency, D2C brand, or e-commerce company
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, performance campaigns, and e-commerce growth levers
- Strong network in our target sectors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
