Job Description

Mantras2success Consultants is seeking an experienced and highly driven Business Development Manager for our client, a global financial services firm with $1.7B AUM. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional with a strong track record in financial services sales, specifically to acquire and manage relationships with Indian-origin hoteliers in the US. You will be instrumental in structuring significant debt solutions, leading market research, and achieving ambitious origination targets within a fast-growing US-India cross-border vertical.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Acquire and manage strong relationships with Indian-origin hoteliers in the US.
  • Debt Solution Structuring: Structure complex debt solutions for hospitality projects, handling deals ranging from $1M-$20M.
  • Market Leadership: Lead comprehensive market research and drive deal pipeline development.
  • Target Achievement: Achieve annual origination targets of $5M+.
  • Cross-selling: Actively cross-sell Commercial Real Estate (CRE) lending products to clients.

Must Have Skills

  • Proven track record in finance sales.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills.
  • Expertise in deal structuring.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development professional, with 3+ years in financial services sales.
