Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will lead global growth initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue through high-value client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles and close high-value deals
- Identify and convert international clients and partners
- Build long-term stakeholder relationships and expand accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution
- Analyze market trends and identify new growth opportunities
- Represent MantraCare in meetings, webinars, and global forums
Ideal Background
- 25 years in B2B sales / business development
- Strong international exposure and consultative selling experience
- Experience in SaaS / digital platforms (healthcare exposure is a plus)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed targets
