Business Development Manager – Manufacturing (Pune)
Location: Viman Nagar, Pune (with factory visits to Jejuri once a fortnight or as required, Pune)
Experience: 5-8 years in fabrication/industrial equipment sales
Qualification: BTech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
Reporting to: Sales Head – Manufacturing Business Unit

Role Overview
As Business Development Manager, you will support the Sales Head in managing and growing our established customer base. You will lead the hunt for new business opportunities, especially within future-focused sectors, while being a key technical interface for customer requirements, proposals, and solutions.
