Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales and client acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing a sales team, and building strong relationships with domestic and international clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can identify market opportunities, drive revenue growth, and represent the company in global client interactions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the company's expansion and contribute to fostering long-term client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Generate and convert leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other outreach platforms
• Experience in handling international clients, along with strong team handling and leadership abilities, is required
• Strong experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
• Ability to conduct market research and develop effective sales strategies
• Understanding of IT services such as software development, UI/UX, or cloud solutions is an advantage
• Bachelor/ Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
