Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will drive customer acquisition and foster strategic partnerships, identifying new opportunities and engaging with clients to support their growth goals through the Leadmetrics platform. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and working cross-functionally with teams to enhance customer engagement and accelerate results.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in sales, client relationship management, and lead generation
  • Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and business strategy development
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, data analytics, and reporting systems
  • Strategic communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and marketing automation tools is a plus
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting team objectives
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage

Candidates must to have

  • 2-4 years of experience in Business Development ( International Markets)
  • Willingness to Travel
  • Proven track record in Closing the Business
  • Able to handle end to end Business Development activities including Lead Generation to Closure of Business
  • Good English Speaking & Written Skills
  • Experience in Selling Software Products
  • Good Presentation Skills
  • Candidates from Kerala / able to work from our office in Kochi
