Role Description
Business Development Manager – Franchisee Business

Location: Kochi, Kerala
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Up To Rs. 70,000/month and incentives based on franchisee onboarded count
Sylcon Shoes is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager – Franchisee Business to drive franchise expansion across Kerala.
We are specifically looking for candidates with experience and strong understanding FOCO, FICO, and FOFO models. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential franchise partners, generating leads through different channels and databases, evaluating business opportunities, preparing financial feasibility studies, and expanding the Sylcon Shoes franchise network across suitable markets in Kerala. Online marketing support for lead generation will be provided by the company.

Qualification & Experience
Education : Graduation/Post Graduation
Experience:
3–7 years of experience in business development, franchise development, franchise sales, retail expansion, channel sales, real estate acquisition, or retail operations.
Preferred Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be a confident, field-oriented professional with strong local market knowledge and experience in franchise business development. The candidate should be comfortable dealing with investors, preparing business feasibility calculations, explaining franchise models, and converting leads into successful franchise partnerships.
Candidates with prior experience in FOCO, FICO, FOFO franchise models, retail expansion, footwear, fashion, lifestyle, apparel, QSR, or consumer retail will be preferred.
