Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and target training institutes, coaching centers, skill development providers, and academies that do not offer formal degree programs
  • Develop and execute B2B partnership strategies to onboard institutions onto the Scholed platform
  • Build strong relationships with institution owners, directors, and decision-makers
  • Pitch Scholed's value proposition and create custom collaboration models
  • Drive end-to-end partnership lifecycle: lead generation → meetings → negotiation → onboarding
  • Collaborate with internal teams (academic, marketing, operations) for seamless partner integration
  • Monitor and improve partner performance and engagement
  • Track market trends in education, edtech, and skill development sectors
  • Represent Scholed in industry events, institutional visits, and networking forums

Key Requirements
  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B business development / institutional sales / partnerships
  • Prior experience in EdTech / Education sector / Training institutes is highly preferred
  • Strong network or experience dealing with educational institutions is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build long-term partnerships, not just close deals
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field work and travel

Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Experience working with skill development programs, coaching institutes, or certification providers
  • Understanding of non-degree education ecosystem (NEP-aligned programs, certifications, vocational training)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to open new markets from scratch
