As part of our continued large-scale expansion, we are seeking a Product Manager / Business Development Manager to lead corporate sales, product promotion, and clinical training for our Aesthetic Dermatology vertical.
Role Overview:
The selected candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key corporate accounts, increasing product adoption, and conducting clinical and sales training for advanced aesthetic dermatology products.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Corporate Sales
- Research and identify potential corporate clients, hospital chains, and clinic networks
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key decision-makers
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into long-term partners
- Introduce, position, and promote products to corporate chains and large clinics
Product Management & Growth
- Increase product usage and penetration within existing accounts
- Develop strategies to expand business across target markets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans
Training & Education
- Conduct product trainings and workshops for doctors and clinic staff
- Deliver sales training programs for the internal sales team
- Support clinical demonstrations and product launches

Desired Candidate Profile:
Education & Experience
- Background in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Medicine, or related field (preferred but not mandatory )
- Prior experience in aesthetic dermatology, injectables, or cosmetology preferred (preffered but not mandatory )
- Experience working with corporate chains, KOLs, or training programs is an advantage ( preferred but not mandatory )
