Key Responsibilities
- Identify, connect with, and onboard new clients for staff augmentation, RPO, IT services, and accounting process outsourcing.
- Build trusted relationships with decision-makers, hiring managers, and operations leaders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align delivery with client goals and expectations.
- Develop tailored pitches, presentations, and proposals that highlight our cross-functional capabilities.
- Stay on top of industry trends to uncover and pursue new business verticals and geographies.
- Meet or exceed growth and revenue targets through proactive outreach and consultative selling.
Who We're Looking For
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in outsourcing, IT services, or staffing).
- Strong understanding of offshore delivery models and the U.S./international outsourcing landscape.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- A self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and curiosity to explore untapped markets and verticals.
