Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive company growth.
  • Define sales targets and establish strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with relevant industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with partners to leverage their networks and expand the company's reach.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, address client concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client revenue.
  • Analyze market dynamics and identify areas for business growth and differentiation.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in CRM software.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales, preferably in the online reputation management industry, digital marketing or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative strategies.
  • Good understanding of online marketing, SEO, and digital reputation management.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
