 PFEC Global is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our Kolkata team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving B2B collaboration, expanding our market presence, strengthening external relationships, and ensuring sustainable growth within the education consultancy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to enhance organizational reach and performance
  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders across the education industry
  • Develop and oversee B2B engagement strategies to drive long-term business growth
  • Initiate, negotiate, and manage business collaborations and strategic alliances with external organizations
  • Ensure smooth coordination and information flow between external stakeholders and internal teams for efficient handling of client processes
  • Monitor and support the progress of externally sourced cases to maintain service quality and timelines
  • Represent the company in meetings, events, and networking platforms to promote services
  • Maintain and grow a strong professional network across India within the relevant sector
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals and targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5–6 years of experience in the education consultancy industry (mandatory)
  • Proven experience in handling B2B business development and external stakeholder engagement
  • Strong understanding of the international education and student recruitment landscape
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage long-term business relationships
  • Well-connected within the education consultancy ecosystem across India
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Graduate in any discipline
