Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager - B2B / Corporate/ Institutional Sales in Kolkata. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as developing business opportunities, building relationships with corporate clients, managing sales processes, and meeting sales targets. You'll be at the forefront of selling our top-tier recruitment services and creating opportunities for us to make a real impact on organizations looking to hire the best talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients across diverse industries for recruitment and staffing services.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Heads, CPO, Talent Acquisition teams and senior decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging industry and hiring trends and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients and manage accounts.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with corporate clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.
  • Track sales metrics, generate reports, and optimize strategies for business growth.

Pre-requisites:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in any discipline.
  • 1-7 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition
  • Experience in B2B or corporate sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills - you make an impact every time you speak.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a strategic approach and be accountable on deliverables.
  • Self-motivated, results driven, and ready to make a difference.
  • Ready to travel
