Knowvisory Global is a fast-growing accounting and finance outsourcing partner helping US businesses and CPA/accounting firms scale efficiently through high-quality offshore accounting solutions. We combine operational excellence, process expertise, and technology to deliver reliable, scalable support across bookkeeping, accounting, tax, audit support, and back-office operations.

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager (Inside Sales) to help expand our presence in the North American market.

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving new business opportunities for Knowvisory Global across the US market. The ideal candidate is someone who has extensive experience selling B2B services into North America, preferably accounting, finance, outsourcing, or professional services.

This role involves outbound prospecting, relationship building, meeting generation for leadership, and owning the sales follow-through process from first touchpoint to closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective clients across US businesses, CPA firms, and accounting practices
  • Execute outbound sales efforts through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
  • Schedule qualified discovery meetings and sales presentations for the CEO and leadership team
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and opportunities
  • Follow up consistently with prospects through the entire sales lifecycle
  • Coordinate proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and track sales activity metrics
  • Understand client pain points and position Knowvisory Global's solutions effectively
  • Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers, including CPAs, firm owners, controllers, CFOs, and finance leaders

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 4–10 years of experience in B2B inside sales/business development targeting the North American market
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience selling:
  • Accounting services
  • Outsourcing/BPO services
  • Finance & bookkeeping services
  • Professional services
  • Proven track record of generating qualified meetings and closing deals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building ability
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms
  • Self-driven, highly organized, and outcome-oriented
