Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

A. Sales Planning and Budget Management

  • Own and meet/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets in line with budgets.
  • Develop business through referral sources including doctors, clinics, hospitals, RMPs, and other channels relevant to RIVEA.
  • Create and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and expand customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding business needs.
  • Present value propositions effectively through proposals and presentations.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities at existing and potential clients.
  • Represent the company at conferences, business events, and networking forums.
  • Lead/support proposal development ensuring timely and actionable client submissions.

B. Driving Brand Market Share

  • Develop and execute marketing communication programs to build brand equity and awareness.
  • Analyze business performance data (revenue, footfall, KPIs) and implement strategies for market share growth.
  • Work with clinical and non-clinical teams to execute brand and content strategies.
  • Plan and lead promotional events and campaigns (traditional and digital).
  • Use marketing analytics to gather insights (social media, web analytics, rankings).
  • Participate in strategic meetings with marketing vendors, partners, KOLs, and influencers for brand-building initiatives.

C. Business Support Function

  • Monitor business performance and brand KPIs.
  • Share monthly recaps on marketing plan ROI highlighting achievements and improvement areas.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis.
  • Support organizational events such as brand/specialty launches, CMEs, seminars, and congresses.

D. KPI Metrics

  • Revenue achievement per vertical and service line
  • Number of clients / sales volumes
  • Footfall and expenditure management in line with budgets
  • Employee development and market development
  • Campaign execution and performance
  • Social media performance
  • Marketing plan implementation and outcomes
  • Client acquisition and market share growth

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate or MBA in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4 6years of experience in business development, referral marketing, or sales, preferably in healthcare or related sectors.
  • Proven experience in achieving revenue targets, market expansion, and brand-building.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market and performance data.
