Role Description
The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving sales and building strong client relationships by identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities include creating and implementing strategic plans, meeting sales targets, negotiating contracts, and managing key client accounts. The role involves understanding client requirements, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune, India.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic planning, market research, and competitive analysis capabilities
- Technical knowledge or understanding of audio-video solutions, conference room systems, video conferencing, and related technologies is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet business goals
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred
- Experience in audiovisual or technology-focused industries is a strong plus
