Role Description

The Business Development Manager will take a proactive role in identifying growth opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue by promoting KUS Technology Corporation's products and services. Key responsibilities include developing business strategies, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune.

Job Description:-

  • Assist the management in strategising for the introduction of new products in India.
  • Prepare strategic planning based on the market research and intelligence, SWOT analysis, and assessment of KUS capabilities.
  • Identify the opportunities in the Industrial segment for Thermal Management Systems or components and in the automotive segment for adjacent products.
  • Provide inputs for the development of new products (adjacent or non-adjacent) for both the Engine After Treatment System and Next Gen products.

Requirements

  • Should have a technical degree
  • Preferably from an Application Engineering background with outstanding business acumen
  • Minimum 7 years of experience
