Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, creating and executing growth strategies, and analyzing market trends. The Business Development Manager will work closely with the leadership team to achieve revenue goals and contribute to business growth. This role requires strategic thinking, effective communication, and proactive engagement with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning
• Strong skills in Market Analysis, Negotiation, and Sales Operations
• Experience with Lead Generation, Partnership Building, and Proposal Writing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Proven ability to meet and exceed business goals and revenue targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior experience in the corporate training or education industry is a plus
