About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to grow our Digital Marketing client portfolio.

You will:

Handle qualified leads provided by the company

Generate additional leads through networking & relationship building

Conduct discovery meetings with business owners

Understand client business models & growth challenges

Present customised digital marketing solutions

Close deals and ensure smooth onboarding

Maintain long-term client relationships

This is a consultative B2B selling role, not transactional selling.

Whom We Are Looking For

You are a good fit if:

You have 35 years of experience in B2B sales or business development

You are strong in relationship-building and trust creation

You can understand business problems, not just sell services

You are confident in client meetings & presentations

You are disciplined in follow-ups

You are target-oriented but not desperate

Experience in Digital Marketing / Agency Sales / B2B Services will be preferred.
