Job Description

We are seeking an experienced International Business Development Manager with a strong background in managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure across global markets. This role focuses on driving international staffing engagements, building strategic partnerships with IT companies and startups worldwide, and securing custom software development projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end international sales cycle: prospecting, lead generation, client pitching, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with global IT companies, consulting firms, and startups.
  • Drive business opportunities in staff augmentation, offshore development, and custom software solutions.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships across North America, Europe, MENA, and APAC.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams to create tailored proposals and solutions.
  • Represent the company at international events, exhibitions, and digital platforms to generate leads.
  • Maintain a robust international sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications & Skills
  • 47 years of international business development/sales experience in IT services, staffing, or software development.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value international deals.
  • Strong network and ability to engage with CXOs and decision-makers across global markets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with global IT staffing models (onsite, offshore, hybrid) is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Prior exposure to international client acquisition and market expansion.
