Job Description

Kazeyami Innovations is Hiring: Business Development & Client Relations Manager

Location: Lucknow

CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA + performance & Skill based incentives

Joining: Immediate

About the Role

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive who can actively identify, approach, and close clients for our 3D, tech, and digital marketing services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is confident in client acquisition and deal closing.

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of experience in sales/business development
  • Experience in client acquisition (B2B/B2C)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in high-value deals preferred
  • Basic understanding of digital services (3D, design, marketing, or tech) is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (or willingness to learn)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients (LinkedIn, cold outreach, platforms)
  • Pitch Kazeyami's 3D, tech, and marketing services
  • Handle client queries, pricing discussions, and negotiations
  • Close deals and achieve monthly revenue targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for project execution
  • Maintain CRM and build long-term client relationships

Work Details

  • Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent)
  • Location: CP-12, Sector D1, Ashiyana, Lucknow (Nearest Metro Station - Krishna Nagar)
  • Work Schedule: 6 days a week (Sunday off)
  • Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:45 PM
