Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize various channels such as networking, cold calling, and market research to identify potential clients. Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospective accounts.
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Building: Initiate contact with key decision-makers within target companies. Develop and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives. Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
  • Strategic Account Development: Develop a deep understanding of the industry landscape and competitive positioning. Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and strategically expand the company s footprint. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of clients.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking progress and updating key stakeholders as necessary. Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activity.
  • Transitioning Accounts: Work closely with Key Account Managers to facilitate a smooth handover process for newly acquired accounts. Provide comprehensive insights and background information to ensure continuity in client relationships.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Analyze data to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master s degree preferred)
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets
