Business Development Manager

We are a premier manufacturer and exporter of high-quality rubber products. We are looking for a dynamic, technically sound Specification  / Business Development Executive to join our Mumbai team and drive the adoption of our world-class EPDM waterproofing solutions.

The Role

You will be the face of our company among industry specifiers. Your primary responsibility is to create and establish demand by integrating our EPDM systems into the blueprints of major infrastructure and real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Influencing Specifiers: Regular engagement with Architects, Structural Consultants, and PMC teams to get EPDM membranes included in tender specifications.

• Builder Relations: Meeting with developers and top-tier builders to demonstrate the long-term value and ROI of our systems.

• Technical Presentations: Conducting detailed technical seminars and product demos to educate decision-makers.

• Market Creation: Identifying upcoming projects and ensuring our technical data sheets are used during the design phase.

Who are we looking for

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in business development or technical sales within the construction chemicals or building materials industry.

• Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a Science Graduate.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to discuss technical specifications with senior architects and consultants.
