Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to lead commercial and corporate project specification and sales in Bangalore. This role requires an individual who already has strong working relationships within the corporate interiors ecosystem and can confidently engage with architects, design teams, PMCs, developers, and corporate clients.

The role is focused on relationship-led, specification-based selling rather than transactional sales.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business development for commercial and corporate interior projects

Build and strengthen relationships with:

Leading corporate architects

Interior design firms

Project Management Consultants (PMCs)

Real estate developers

Corporate end clients

Ensure product specification at design, BOQ, and tender stages

Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and solution walkthroughs

Coordinate with internal technical, production, and execution teams

Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Maintain accurate lead tracking and opportunity forecasting

Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate project sales

(Interior products, architectural products, furnishings, partitions, glass, lighting, flooring, etc.)

Strong existing network and rapport within Bangalore's corporate interiors market

Comfortable dealing with senior architects, consultants, and corporate decision-makers

Excellent negotiation and closure skills

Professional appearance, confident communication, and commercial mindset
