Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the company's client base. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and building long-term relationships with decision-makers in target industries. The Business Development Manager will prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations in close collaboration with technical and delivery teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, negotiating contracts, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular reports and forecasts to leadership. The role also includes contributing to go-to-market strategies, attending industry events, and ensuring a high-quality client experience throughout the sales cycle.
