Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Coimbatore. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and building strategic partnerships, researching potential franchise opportunities, and developing comprehensive business growth strategies. The role includes initiating client outreach, negotiating deals, onboarding franchisees, and driving brand expansion goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement marketing and operational support strategies will also be a key focus.

The Role Details:

Locations: Choose your base: Bangalore, Chennai, or Coimbatore.

Salary & Incentives: 25,000 - 35,000/month plus lucrative, assured incentives. Your success directly determines your earnings!

Required: Min. 2 years of sales experience.

Preferred: Candidates with B2C experience.

We are specifically looking for immediate joiners who are passionate about sales and personal growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, and Franchise Management
  • Proficiency in Client Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Networking
  • Knowledge of Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Business Growth Strategy
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to manage end-to-end operational processes and business support systems
  • Experience in marketing strategy development and local promotions is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for fostering business success
